The SC Bulker (Modiefied).........
Whelp, I'm sorta sick of stalling out....I've been slowly ading cals to my diet weekly in an effort to put on some decent mass and it's not cutting it. I'm up 3lbs then down 2, up 2, down 2, etc............SO, I'm pulling an SC from his last bulker. I am going to eat whatever and whomever (lol)......I will keep it realitvely clean, but EVERYTHING is pretty much fair game except for foods that are fried. My ONLY cardio will be a brisk 15-20 minute walk at 500am with the dog (more for his sake), a 1/2 mile jog post training (5 minutes) and 30-40 minutes on an empty tank on SUNDAYS.
My goal is 4,000 cals every day minimum for the month of February, then I will reevalute. I will take before and after pics, showing me at 7-8%bf, at whatever % my fat ass is on March 1, and again when I'm 6% in May.
I am going to enter a body transformation contest, and make up some crap how I was fat all my life blah blah.....and look what a nerdy CPA can do....maybe write a book.
Training will be Narks style........1 bp per day, with a little secondary bp at the end. One - Two days completely off, judging by how I feel.
Test Cyp at 250mg a week, then prop EOD at 100mg, or SUs 250 at 250mg a week...have yet to decide. My daily activity level will be nil as I sit in an office for 10 hours (TAX SEASON!)
FEBRUARY 4TH, 2006 - 6'2, 170LBS, 8-9% BF.........lets roll

not fond of the PWO cardio by any means...
empty stomache in morning would be far more beneficial as far as muscle sparing
all else looks good

its .5 miles bro.....like 3 minute cool down.....it's all good....
Man, I think Im going to need close to 800 cals in each meal....
PRO,FAT, and carbs in every meal except PW......

20 minutes run/walk with dog at 5:00am around neghborhood to get blood flowing and allow dog to urinate on neighbors yards.
6:00am
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1 cup egg whites
1 scoop protein with cup skim milk
20 blueberries and a few blackberries in oats.........HEAVEN
9:00
250g (1/2 small tub) dry curd cc - 45g pro
peanuts, almonds - 15g fat
pb sandwhich or bagel with pb
sf jello and fiber one sprinkled on top
green tea
noon
8 oz lean beef and chicken
salad with veggies
8oz yam
(this meal may change often) - subway, quiznos, etc.
3pm
1 cup oats
1 scoop whey
tea
500pm train
630
1/2 cup dext
50 g whey
730
1cup oats, skim, 1 scoop protein
900
2 scoops muscle milk in skim
OR
casein shake with peanuts, cc, spleanda, almonds
mmidiately after = bed.
if I wake up......myoplex carbs sense bar, whey shake with peanuts, tb of pb....

Mon - FEB 6, 2006
Feeling ok....bit bloated from yesterday, jog this am with pooch in sub 20 degrees at 5am sucked! Esp. after legs hit hard yesterday......today is chest/bis after 10 hrs in the office, so far:
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup fiber one
1/3 cup rolled oats (sometimes switch to Oat bran)
skim milk
1 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop protein with 1 cup skim milk
20 blueberries and a few blackberries in oats.........HEAVEN 550 cals
I got 7 meals including pw shake......gonna need about 550-600 per meal....so far, on par.

hmm..personnally
id add some more real food PPWO..i wouldnt be able to go to bed after working out on just shakes and oil etc. i know you have some oats but why not eat some chicken or steak as well? your bulking..
As well, from personal experience, i gain (strength and weight) better and quicker using real food aside from shakes.
if I were you, id consume whey ONLY PWO...id cut out all shakes and replace with real food.

I just pwo, ppwo an hour later, pro/fat 2 hours later and then another an hour or so later. If your last meal is ppwo, so be it.

You're making a mockery of the diet forum and have too many threads on this same stuff. This has to stop. When I start getting complaints about clutter and repetitive shit in a forum that I am responsible to over-see for everyone here, then the line has to be drawn.
Again, keep all your changes/repetitive questions/trick questions/self-fulfilling prophecy loaded questions/etc., all to ONE thread. This will greatly accentuate the effeciency of others' learning experience here.
