the most ill eat would be 150g. i try to keep it around 100.

training days when i use slin its about..900 or so
training days when NOT using slin its about 700
non training days its about 500
mind u im pretty much always bulking

your total carb intake depens on body weight, goals, how u react to carbs, and a few more...

Depends on how far I am into the diet and what day it falls on as I cycle my carb intake usually. For myself, extremely low carbs would still be 200-250 grams/day. I'll have a high carb day, moderate carb, and low carb and then repeat. High carb when cutting is around 350 grams, moderate is 250-300, low is around 175-200. But the first 4- 5 wks of the diet its usually a steady 250-300 grams/day. Drop them too quick and muscles flatten straight the **** out

For my goals and at my weight, I would start around 100g and evaluate from there.
