question on pizza
how bad is pizza? If I went to luch and ate a few slices of pizza would that be really bad? Im on a clean bulking diet now.

I would consider that a cheat meal...I think Im going to have some right now...but Im borderline dirty bulk for the next 2wks...

A lil cheat meal never hurt anyone, like me sitting in bed, watchin UFC tapes, eating an entire jar of natty peanut butter...

dirty bulk is where you just eat nearly anything to help keep your cals up...
dude, a few slices isn't going to effect you, especially if ur bulking, when you feel like you "need" a cheat meal take it, it lessens the stress on your CNS...

I wouldnt say it would hurt your muscular gains in the gym...may make you feel a little lethargic...
Borderline dirty bulk Im eating the clean foods but if I want something else I eat it in moderation...hehe...

Pizza is my cutting secret. Every night i eat like 5 slices then go right to sleep, the cheese is dairy so it digests slowly to give me the protein I need overnight, the crust is great for carbs to keep my brain alert and give me energy when I wake up.

If your on a clen bulk then stay well clear of pizza until your cheat meal.

I wouldnt eat more than 3 slices, and thats pushing it. One thing that will definitely help you, especially from getting the shitz is taking some napkins and dabbing all the grease off the top of the pizza. I do that shit when I eat it like once every 2 months usually.
