Help with diet... Going to do some boxing
Hye guys im 6'2 205 Lbs right now my diet its just a clean one trying to stay lean and keep my weight im 20 Yo
CARDIO 30 MIN
--------- Wait 45 Minutes
6:00 AM Meal #1: 10 Egg Withes , 1/2 Cup of oats
--------- Wait 3 Hours
9:00 AM Meal #2: 40g Protein From chicken , 2tbsp natural peanut butter
--------- Wait 3 Hours
12:00 AM Meal #3: 2 chicken breast , broccoli , tomatoes and spinach
--------- Wait 1 Hour
WORKOUT
--------- As soon as i finish workout
( Aprox ) PWO: 2 scoops whey protein ( 48g ) , Sweettarts aprox 80g ( for dextrose )
--------- Wait 1 Hour
Around 5:00 PM PPWO: 2 Can of tuna , 1/2 Cup of rice
--------- Wait 3 hours
Around 8:00 - 8:30 Meal #4: 40 g Protein ( solid food ) , 2tbsp Peanut Butter
Thats My current Diet on monday im going to start boxing at 7:00PM and ending at 9:00PM what shoul i just kepp my current food habits and start BOXING after my PPWO food or i need to change something here?

IMO i would up your calories depending on how intense your boxing training is.
