Chex Cereal
Today instead of my oatmeal, or whole wheat bread I ate Chex Cereal made by Quaker as my carb source. I didn't use any milk, just water and I enjoyed every second of it. Theres not too much sugar in it i believe 4 or 5 grams, would this be alright to have as my carb source for a while? As usual I'm not trying to gain that much fat on my diet.

i only trust fiber one as a dry cereal or shredded wheat...of course im anal retentive and obsessive compulsive so who knows...try it out and see how it works for you...then you can formulate your own opinion on it, instead of relying on all of us (who like myself are too paranoid to try it).
