    Help With Clean Bulk Diet

    How does this Look:
    I am 23, 245, 6'1 with about 13%, Just starting GH @ 4iu 5/2
    I am looking to clean bulk, along with a hypertrophy program for my football training.

    Meal 1
    8egg whites
    3oz Oatmeal
    1Cup Skim Milk
    3 Fishoils tabs
    1 ALA

    Meal 2
    7oz Meat/Fish
    1 cup cooked rice
    50g veegies
    3g Trib

    Meal 3
    Same as above
    EFA, ALA

    Workout
    Post Workout; 60g Isolate, Creatine mix (30g carbs), 10g Glutamine, Apple

    Meal 5
    Same as meal 1 or 2

    Meal 6
    Large Glass of Milk
    Toast and Penut Butter
    EFA's ALA

    Bump as I'd like to see what the pros think

    edit: Forgot to mention that i was wondering what you guys thought about it, minus the GH
