Diet Help
Hey guys,
I'm in the process of cuttin my fat/weight right now, and am trying hard to keep a good diet, and I think it's going well. I don't have a very STRICT one, persay, but I do watch what I eat and in the end I normally consume about 250g of protein a day with minimal fat intake and around 130g of carbs. I'm 5'11-6'0 210 pounds right now and need to really stict with one diet. I think I've finally come up with something that'll work for me, as in all of the things I can definatly eat. However, I can only eat 4 times a day due to my scheduling, so the meals will be a little more spaced out. Anyways, here is what I'm thinking.
Breakfast
8 Egg Whites
1 Cup Salsa
Protein Shake w flax
Mid-Morning
2 Slices Whole Wheat
2 Tablespoons Nutty Peanut Butter
1 Banana
Mid-Afternoon
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Black Beans
3.5 oz Can Tuna (water)
Protein Shake
Dinner
8 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Cup Canned Peas/Carrots
It works out to this (FitDay):
1893 calories
235g Protein
163g carbs
36g fat
Works out to:
Protein 52%
Carbs 30%
Fat 18%
I'm just trying to get something solidified so I can take this to the next level. I need to drop another 20 pounds in the next month and a half, so any comments would be much appreciated.
Also, in the mornings, on an empty stomach, I do 45 min cardio 45 min lifting.
