Carbs after workout.
I work out in the morning. I wake up eat my anadrol , followed by chicken or beef with plain oats in water. I wait 45 minutes drink my shake and then go work out. Then after I work out another shake. For lunch always some rice or pasta with another protein. Im wondering how many meals after that should contain carbs. I realize that you have to eat some but should Include one more meal with a higher amount of carbs because I train early? i usually eat three or more times after lunch. with a little protein mix before bed

I hope you aren't taking anadrol alone. Last time I did that I got strong and fat, with tities. Not a good experience at all.

How about posting your diet in this fashion:
Meal 1
Meal 2
Meal 3
etc....
It is hard to gauge what you are eating, let alone guess the amount of kCals..do you even know?

well i dont eat the same everyday. workout days I eat more and also one more shake. Im not anal about measuring everything. But everything I eat is healthy. Im just wondering if after lunch i should maybe eat another meal with high carbs cause generally im just eating steak with veggies and after that chicken with more vegies sometimes two slices of whole grain bread the food here is great and natural in brazil

I think it would depend on your carb intake thus far, to dertimine if another pro/carb meal is needed. Like muriloninja said, it's hard to gauge what your eating, and even harder to give you advice. You also never told us your goals or stats, it all seems pretty vague.

well my goals are to gain some more muscle before i come home stats can be easily seen on profile as it is updated.. Any way here they are 5foot 9 inches 190 pounds. DOnt know my body fat probly around 15% one cycle done of sust. Now im currently using anadrol with sust. 50 mg day anadrol next week to 100 and the same the week after. sust eod
today I ate.
Woke up ate one cup of oats dry then mixed with hot water. Had 6 ounces steak with mushrooms fried with no oil i guess you would say grilled. That was followed by a protein shake of 36 grams protein and 20 grams carbs. For lunch i had tuna sandwich and ate the rest of can for 120 grams tuna total bread was 122 calories for two slices 4.5 grams fiber. 2 hours later I had more steak with rice and mushrooms. The steak im using is contra file in brazil I by it whole and cut myself leaving no fat. I just had another protein drink. Later I will go home and fry 6 ounces of chicken breast. at 11:00 I will fry some more chicken probably with onions and mushrooms in olive oil. before bed scoop of protein albumin. I didnt work out today. On work out days there would be one more shake. My strength has been steadily increasing as well as definition. I was really quite fat.

Why do you eat steak/oats, then drink a shake only 45 mins. later?
I'd be too full to workout w/all that shit in my stomach in less than 1 hour.

ok i will go and write all my calorie amounts tommmorow. I never feel to full after the 45 minutes I dont know why. from the first meal till i work out is about 1 hr 10 minutes (i ride my bicycle to the gym)
