bulking...not hungry!!shit!
here I am again, mid-way through bulk and cannot eat right, I literally threw up 2 meals yesterday right after I got the meat down the hatch, I have a hidell hernia where my throat can barely even swallow milk without trying my ass off, I seem to be unable to eat as much meat as I had been or need to, steak is old, chicken dry and ground bef NASTY, I am holding at 8%bf and 234lbs this morning. I am ready for a dirty diet I guees, I am wondering if I add a bit of am cardio (just a little!) I can be able to eat a tad more dirty for this bulk. any helpful tips?

damn dude 234 at 8% i'd like to see a pic of that....as far as dirty bulk, why not just try utilizing more protein shakes and MRP's before getting into a dirty bulk...also how are you preparing your foods...some low cal condiments and herbs and spices can go a long way in helping you choke down some food.

see that brings me to my next question, part of me hates the fact that ive been reading threads on boards so much beacause a lot of what has worked for me has not been in the boards, so as I read on most boards there are a lot of people saying how shakes will only go so far, well WTF if I drank 300grams worth of protien in shakes and ate real foods for another 100gms? why would that not be sufficent? example
meal 1 protien/carbs
-9 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal pack of splenda, whey and water
meal 2 (pre WO)
-muscle juice gainer 70gms protien 110gms carbs (yes some fat and definatly sugar)
POST WO
-orange juice w/ 2 scoops vanilla whey/2 tbsp dex
meal 4 protien/fat
-4cans tuna w/ mayo
meal 5 pro/carb
-whey protien isolate,2 slices whole wheat toast
meal 6 pro/fat
-grilled strip steak/grilled vegis/TBSP olive oil
meal 7 pro/fat
-whey isolate/2scoops PB
bedtime
hows this look? I am figuring the protien will work out to around 400gms and I have tapered out carbs towards the end of the day, that always seems to keep me trim around the waist? this would be easy for me to do b/c I have TONS of protien powders on hand . anyone think this would work for adding weight? I am thinking the extra fat meals will help the cals up as well

try that out for a few weeks and see how it works for you...the best judge for a diet plan is the person that is going through it.
