    Cardio -> Cutting -> HR

    Hello all.

    I start 12 weeks of cutting tomorrow. I am going to be doing 45 mins of walking in the morning. Target HR would be 70% I assume. So just stay with me and make sure i'm doing this right.

    220 - 18 (age) = 202

    70% = 141

    Therefore I need to get my Hr to about 24/10 secs while doing cardio. Right?

    Incline the tredmill and a fast walking pace will raise your heart rate to fat burning level no problem.

    Numbers look good as Giantz already took care of.

    Good Luck
