    Glutamine?

Is there such a thing as too much?

What is the most effective spread throughout the day?

glutamines an amino acid so i guess if your not taking 40g of its at once its not to much.

I guess it may effect everyone differently?

Giantz... does it make it into your system orally? Or is there something scientific I'm missing?

If it does go into your system, I figured I would supplement it before and after lifting for a couple of weeks and see if there is any change in recovery.

I've been told by several that it works, and by several that it doesn't. I'm curious as to if it may be a genre of the placebo effect, or if there is in fact something scientific behind it.

Point me towards any articles, I'm happy to do some reading as always

    Thanks.
