    Revamp of Diet and Workout.

    Rip me apart on this post.
    Currently.
    Height 5ft 11in
    Weight 240 lbs.
    Body Fat 18-20 %

    Goal is to drop fat and get leaner, not worried about puttting on much more size.

    Meal plan. (May need revised)
    --------------------------------------------------
    - Meal 1 - 0630 - 6oz Fat Free Milk
    - Meal 2 - 0930 - Whey Protein Shake
    - Meal 3 - 1130 - Jello (sugarfree)
    - Meal 4 - 1230 - Protein Bar
    - Meal 5 - 1400 - Chicken Breast with Hot Sauce
    - Meal 6 - 1600 - Protein Bar
    - Meal 7 - 1800 - Baked Potatoes
    - Meal 8 - 2000 - Protein Shake or Oatmeal
    ==================================================


    Daily Pills consist of the following.
    --------------------------------------------------
    - MultiVitamin
    - Vitamin C
    - Vitamin B6
    - FlaxSeed oil
    - ***** 3's
    - GreenTea
    - Ginseng
    - FiberCon
    ==================================================


    Liquids intake.
    --------------------------------------------------
    With 2 Diet Cokes somewhere in the mix.
    I drink water when I work out, non-measured.
    Then 2-4 32oz. Containers of water thru day.
    Maybe 1-2 more containers in the evening.
    ==================================================


    Workout Schedule 0715-0915 (usually)
    --------------------------------------------------
    Mon - Legs. with 45-55 minutes of cardio right after.
    Tue - Arms. with 45-55 minutes of cardio right after.
    Wed - Back. with 45-55 minutes of cardio right after.
    Thu - Chest. with 45-55 minutes of cardio right after.
    Fri - Shoulders. with 45-55 minutes of cardio right after.
    Sat - 30-45 Minutes of cardio.
    Sun - 30-45 Minutes of cardio.

    Abs and calf raises are thrown in on random days.
    Also doing basketball 1-2 times a week.

    I also average about 6-7 hours of sleep a night.

    You need lot of work on that diet bro... check cutting sticky youll get a good idea, make your plan and post what you made from reading the cutting sticky then we can make some corrections but that diet that you posted its awful.... how old are you also?

    Thats the link for the cutting sticky... read it like 2 or 3 times, but red it in a serious way..step by step

    you need to add carbs and efa's on that diet check it make your plan as i told you and when youre ready post the diet
