16 pro shakes a day?
i know it sounds lazy and no im not thinking of doing this. could one drink a 25g pro shake every hour for the 16 hours that they are awake during each day? this would be 400g/day. what do you think? theoretically it seems to make sense as far as spacing out your protein throughout the day. and the fact that its whey doesnt seem to matter cuz your body will have more coming to it in an hour. this is assuming youre eating the right carbs at certain times and fats and stuff too.

what will you do for carbs and fats? i would be dead if i did that. and you need nutrients from whole food so this would be a horrible idea.

why would it affect your metabolism? its the same amount of pro you would eat a day anyway, and there the carbs and fats u would eat with it, maybe space out those like every 2-3 hours. and im not talking pwo shake, thats different.
yeah i forgot about the farts, that would be hell
why do u say kidney failure? because its whey? its only 25 g at a time, its like 2 little gulps. im not arguing with yall just askin. thanks for your responses though. wheres swole, johan, or giantz?

I don't think it would all be processed if it was whey you were drinking. It is a liquid and would not all be absorbed. You'd be much better off eating a meal with each shake if you were to try this IMO.
Do it and report back?

I think its a debated issue. Some theories are that powders are easier to digest in the system then whole foods. Others say that whole foods digest easier then powders. Id drink a shitload of water and plenty of cranberry capsules.
