i know it sounds lazy and no im not thinking of doing this. could one drink a 25g pro shake every hour for the 16 hours that they are awake during each day? this would be 400g/day. what do you think? theoretically it seems to make sense as far as spacing out your protein throughout the day. and the fact that its whey doesnt seem to matter cuz your body will have more coming to it in an hour. this is assuming youre eating the right carbs at certain times and fats and stuff too.
