way too much whey man, you need real food. i understand you're in college, i am too, a lot of us are. there's some good threads to help you out, do a search for them. you live off powder and water.

precook meals a day or even a week in advance. buy a foreman and grill some chicken. oatmeal is easy to carry and fast if you can tolerate it cold.

Ditto to this. Foreman made my life much easier. I grill Chicken, Beef, Fish and Vegetables and eat them with Brown Rice. You can find a small one for $20 at Wallmart.

Check out wal-mart or your local grocery. I think canned tuna runs about $.50 a can. If you don't have a fridge in your room, buy a cooler and take a plate back from the cafeteria. Improvise, improvise, improvise.

tuna/sardines/canned salmon use a lot of mustard - makes the tuna palatable (sp) and moist. Your farts must stink with that much whey. If you think your losing too fast, why not just up your protein? The foreman grill rules. I'm in university too, the grill and tuperware are lifesavers.
