    I've been trying to loose fat for the past 7 months!! HELP!!!!!

    I am trying to loose fat and gain muscle. I am 24, 5"7" 185 lbs. I've been working out for the last 7 month. Running and weights. NO RESULTS. I drink a lot of water. eat half then what I used to. help help help!!!!

    Describe your cardio:
    How much?
    How often?
    Is it in the fat burning zone?

    Do you take EFAs?
    Lastly, would you consider Ephedra or Clen ?

    Oh and this is likely also hurting your efforts, as it's only prescribed for overeaters. If you're not one, then you could have actually turned your metabolism (fat burning furnace) down. If you're not getting enough calories your body won't touch fat because it shifts to starvation protection mode, which harbors fat.

    8:00-12:00morning-2eggs with cheese, 1 slice of bacon
    snack-1 bananas
    12:00-5:00Lunch-Kellogg's cereal or something lite, apple,orange
    sometimes nothing because I am not hungry
    snack-1 orange
    5:00-9:00 I attend to college so I normally don not eat nothing 1 apple,
    1 orang or 1 banana most of the time.
    I drink about half gallon of wate every day


    9:30 I begin working out
    Monday Walk 1 mile then Run 1 1/2 mile
    Tuesday Lift weights then run 1 mile
    Wednesday Walk 1 mile then Run 1 1/2 mile
    Thrusday Lift weights then run 1 mile
    Friday Run 1 mile

    You are doing a lot of cardio. Good for cutting not good for keeping or building muscle. Do not do cardio after a workout. you need your protein then. I am cutting also. I am trying to cut fat and save muscle. Hard to build it at same time, if it's possible. I do cardio three times a week for 40 mins on elliptical so I can monitor my heartrate. I am eating ~2400 cals a day and was losing strength but that has stopped. I am down 18lbs. since last week in Jan. I am also taking a ECY which suppresses my appetite so I have to force feed myself. Limit shakes to PWO and maybe Casein before bed. Listen to the people here they helped me and will help you also.
