i'm also cutting - its only 10 calories and no grams of NOTHIGN (except 1 measley gram of protein) for 1/2 cup of it!

im gonna bump this to see what everyone else says - is it really ok for you to eat? no negative side effects? great post corey!

The artificial sweetener isn't great for you, but other than that Jello is a greater filler when you're craving something sweet. The Sugar-Free Fat -Free pudding is great if you mix it with protein powder also

not a bad idea at all, what if you mixed the pudding with some water rather than skimmilk, or even thicker for soy milk.

I haven't tried mixing it with water, but if you do let me know how that works out. Soy milk would probably be pretty good . . .

The gelatin in Jello is actually very good for BB'ers .. This substance is excellent for joints and does the same thing that the pricey " shark cartilage " states to do for joints .. so " EAT UP ! " sf that is !
