OK, there is a massive amount of info. here but one small problem...all the info. assumes that the basics are known. My question is this: What is (are)the most important factor(s) with regards to protein/fat/carb intake as a beginner??? Do I eat more protein than carbs?? How much fat can I eat and do i measure the fat from calories or from total fat content?? Which fruits and veggies are the best?? Some (I have read) are too high in glycemic levels, so why is that bad??? And do I avoid high glycemic fruits except for PWO?? I am confused and I am sorry for looking like a douche!! Any help would be great!!!
