been training for 5 years and bulking since day 1.
BF % 14-18.
I know thats a big diff but its based on what other members say based on pics from others that have a similar physique.

Right now i kinda eat the minimum to maintain weight and sometimes its not great food, a half assed dirty bulk for lack of a better term

Any way I would like to tighten up a bit for summer and my friends wedding in june. Do any of you guys actually increase your cals to strip body fat.

Since im a natural ecto I thought if I clean up my diet, incorporate some cardio twice a week and up the cals Ill be able to achieve what I want. I got the idea out of this months flex mag. Gunter says when prepping for the olympia he increases his cals to actually gain muscle during his dieting phase. I know he is not natural which I am but it seemed to make since,
