Help I need to lose fat and not lose muscle
I am wanting to keep my gains. I am currently on a sustanon 250 only cycle. I want to lose fat and not lose muscle. I really dont need to get bigger but I dont want to get smaller. What type of diet should I do. Low calarie low fat. Or Hight protein. oh my cycle is onlyl 500 mgs a week. I weight the same as I weiged 2 years ago when i started lifting but I look so much better. I have more muscle and less fat but still have the love handles and fat on my tits.....and a little belly. I wieigh 208 but I think If I lost 20 obs of fat I would look good.

BTW, sustanon while cutting is about as smart as a trojan w/holes in it.
