    My diet. Input where needed.

    I am:

    25
    ~5'9"
    193 was 213 in January
    BF ~15-17%
    Trying to cut and then do my first cycle.

    Diet:

    1. Eggwhite and 2 yolk omelette w/ cheese and bowl of oatmeal

    2. 6oz. chicken w/brown rice

    Workout

    3. PWO Whey shake w/flax oil (i cut out the dex because of the added cals)

    4. PPWO 6oz. chicken and grits or pasta.

    5. 4 oz. Chicken and a little rice

    6. 6 oz chicken

    7. Casein Shake w/ flax oil

    I would switch the dextrose for the flax oil PWO personally. You want to replenish your glycogen stores and PWO which is why you want something like dextrose. Not to mention flax, although a good fat, is still a fat and has twice as many calories per gram as CHO's. Just my 2 cents!!! Other than that it's pretty good. Just make sure that you are eating brown rice and not white rice.

    I think I will switch meals 6 and 5 and move the flax in shake PWO to my new meal 5.

    I eat my PPWo meal an hour after my workout so I thought the high GI of the grits or pasta would cover this.

    For my first meal I use low fat cheese and it is a little fat but it is under 20 grams.

    Before betime I take the casein because it is very slow absorbtion.

    have some sort of carb in your PWO, and glycogen stores take days to fill , so dex isn't as necessary as some may think, but carbs will help start the process best, add some Amino acids to the mix for optimum benefit...

    You need carbs here. Use oats or milk if you dont want high gi

    4. PPWO 6oz. chicken and grits or pasta.Its better to have these carbs pwo if you want to restrict carbs to only one meal post workout

    6. 4 oz. Chicken and a small amount (1/4 cup) rice This is better placed earlier. I would use this as meal 4 and use the carb amount of meal 4 in pwo.
