    Pro/Fat or Pro/Carb after cardio

Whats best for the first meal of the day after empty stomach cardio? P/F or P/C. I've heard you can have P/C so long as it's around 30 min after cardio, and P/F can be eaten immed. after cardio? Can someone explain why this is to me? thanks

    Pro/Fat.

Cardio puts your body in a state of lypolisis where it is using bodyfat for fuel. Carbs will stall this process as your body will use them for fuel instead of bodyfat.

Lypolisis can continue for about an hour after you finish your cardio and a pro/fat meal should not stall it.

There's thread on this page that discredits that entire theory.
