    almost any carb on the planet is not BAD while bulking.

    Shit regular pasta is just fine too. Cooked al dente pasta is low GI. Problem is it is very calorie dense, so a little packs alot of cals. But other than that, pasta is good at all times.

    i suggest to stack it with some wild-boar meat,tomato sauce and oil to get a very anabolic compund

    wild boar meat? that's a new one to me. you shoot that yourself?? and yeah whole wheat pasta is good. i even used it while cutting. not that i'm bulking i eat way to much of it.

    i think either whole-wheat or regular pasta is fine as long as you eat your protein before taking in all those carbs. that will slow the carb-digestion down, decreasing the likelihood they'll be stored as fat.

    nutritionally, whole-wheat would win hands down for it's lower GI. taste wise? personally i can't stand the taste of the whole-wheat pasta. my issue with it too is since i can't stand the taste of the whole-wheat kind, i can't eat as much of it, so it's bad for me when bulking.
