Glass Of Milk Before Working Out?
would a glass of milk with my prework out meal be a good idea or bad idea?

I do it sometimes...might not be a good idea before leg day...but it depends on you...and your goals

I've done it a few times when looking for a quick pro/carb meal. Never had a problem so far. I wouldn't do it before legs thats for sure
