    HELP! This cant be right.....

I am on a bulking diet. I calculated my prtein, carbs, fats, and calories, and think something must be wrong. I used the fitday.com calculator.

Heres the breakdown of what I ate today:

Whole grain bread 8 slices 520 calories, 8g of fat, 97g carbs, 21g protein.

    2 6 ounce steaks 679 calories, 27g fat, 0g carbs, 102 g protein.

1 cup plain brown rice 234 calories, 2g fat, 48g carb, 5g protein.

    Canteloupe 1 cup 55 calories, 0g fat, 13g carbs, 1g protein.

    Applesauce 3 snack packs 258 calories, 1g fat, 67g carbs, 1g protein.

Boiled sweet potato small 273 calories, 1g fat, 63g carbs, 4g protein.

    Brown suger 1 teaspoon 17 calories, 0g fat, 4g carb, 0g protein.

ICBINB tablespoon 26 calories, 3g fat, 0g carb, 0g protein.

    Turkey sliced 4 oz 234 calories, 11g fat, 0g carbs, 32g protein.

Those are the calculations from fitday.

    Grand totals:

    Calories: 2296
    Fat:53
    Carbs:293
    Protein: 166

That cant be right. That is a ton of food. The numbers seem too low, especially the calories. I have eaten a similar diet in previous days and have been around 4000 calories. Does this look right? Or does there seem to be a mistake? These amount pf calories would be good for cutting not bulking.

Those numbers wouldnt be good for anything IMO...but it seems accurate...dont worry about the macro of tsp brown sugar rofl...worry more about getting plenty of pro/carb/fat and at a good ratio...Just have a look at the bulking sticky

The Numbers just seem off. Maybe because I am eating turkey now instead of roast beef. Before I was coming up with about 220g protein, now 166... Not sure that would be such a big difference though.
