    few diet cardio questions

    whats up everyone I had a few questions.Is whole wheat ritz crackers ok to eat with peanut butter and are whole wheat tortialls ok to eat. and three for cardio Im currently doing mon wed fri walk 15 minutes at 8.5 incline then go to stairmaster for 15 minutes. tues thur sat run 20minutes at 4.5 speed. let me know what everyone thinks much appreciated. also Im 2nd week of test E EQ and var trying to burn off as much fat as possible for the summer.

    NO on the crackers and PB, and the wheat tortillias are ok, and your cardio needs to be a little more intense the stair stepper is good but use the eliptical trainer as well, walking on a tread mill never did it for me and running is just to hard on the knees/shins,

    what level and speed do you do the eliptical on and also for how long

    If Ritz were good while cutting, I'd be eating the two boxes we have here. Ritz Stix and the rectangle ones too, shit, we should own stock! My son eats them...

    I'm not sure anyone could give you an = number for level since each machine is going to be different, if even only slightly.

    I think what you may want to look at is Heart Rate. Check your resting HR (mine is 60 Bpm) and use the following to as a guide:
    Low - High Bpm
    Light 40-52% (110 - 124)
    Easy 52-64% (124 - 139)
    Aerobic 64 - 76% (140 - 154)
    Anerobic 76 - 88% (155 - 169)
    Vo2Max 88 - 100% (169 - 184)

    For maximum fat burn is said to be somewhere between 68-79.
