creamy peanut butter
is it ok to eat creamy peanut butter for good fats while cutting? i usually eat 3 teaspoons and the serving size is as follows:
serving size: 2 tablespoons
fat 14g
sat fat 3g
protein 9g
carb 4g
sugars 2g
is this ok while cutting? or should i be eating the the regular one.

I'd eat natural peanut butter.
Ingredients: Peanuts/salt. (or no salt)

I love pb as well, i eat kraft's anpb its not bad for you, like 90 calories, yada yada yada, i think 9 tbs a day would be too much tho

hey bcap aren't you the on that has a diet log? i remember rreading that a couple of days ago and holy sh*t you lost some fat there. keep it up man your doing amazing.

I use Skippy Carb Options. Its like 4g Carbs(less than 1g of sugar) and has your decent protein and good fats. add it with sugar free jam and some wheat bread...mmmmm

dont mean to hijack ..but if the jar doesnt blantly say all natural..but it says something like just peanuts and has that oil floating at the top can i asume that its the natural type..saw some crunchy one in the store the other day and i wanna give it a try..i usually just got with adam's 100% natural

it doesnt have to say natural, just look at the ingredients to tell like swole said....ingredients = peanuts/salt

i know a dude that eats 1 jar of all natty PB a day, and he is the leaniest mother F'er i know, he's also running all sorts of aas,
yeah takeing down some all natty pb during cutting is fine, but i whould not use 9 tbls a day try useing other kinds of efa's like olive oil, flax oil, fish oil ect

I'll eat a few teaspoons a day of all natural p.b.; it tastes great and hits the spot when your really hungry but not ready for a big meal.
