would like some specific info on my diet
i would like to gain some weight... im 5"9, 160 LBS.......i go to a nice high quality deli every morning before work where i pick up my food for throughout the work day (8-4)...considering im in a deli where i can get almost anything a deli could offer what would you guys pick up for the day or suggest me to pick up... i have a 15 min break in the morn, half hour lunch at noon, and a 15 min break in the afternoon.. also i bring protein powder for shakes
what would u guys pick up the deli?
and in what order throughout the day would u eat everything? protein shakes included
also i work out at like 5:00 mon-fri
im very curious to hear all your suggestions

The stickys at the top of the page would answer what order you should eat. I would say that turkey would be the best choice from a deli, although I can't remember the last time, if ever, I have been in a deli so I really don't know just how much variety they have.

no-one here will come up with a diet for you. but if you do some work we will help critique it. but this all depends on what your goals are
