    Here's my diet for all who wanted to see it...

    10:30am
    4 eggs, can of tuna, 2 packs of oatmeal, multi vitamin

    12:00pm
    peanut butter sandwich on rye bread, protein shake

    1:30pm
    workout

    3:00pm
    protein shake

    3:30pm
    10oz ground beef with 1 1/2 cups of rice and veggies

    7:30pm
    8oz chicken breast, baked potato or yams, veggies, multi vitamin

    10:30pm
    protein shake, peanut butter sandwich on rye bread

    in between meals i usually snack on rice cakes, fruit, and mixed nuts
    should i be adding anything if im starting juice?

    Bro, this aint gonna cut it. You need to check out the bulking sticky at the top of the forumn. And I suggest you hold off on gear for a couple of months (at least) until you get down all the dieting knowledge you can and build up your base a bit more. Just my honest opinion.

    ok man ill check that out but this is a meal plan i was given by a trainer at my gym who wanted me to bulk up because he wanted me to compete...thanks for the advice

    I put little value on anything a 'trainer' tells me. I only believe in what I know works for me and what I've researched. I don't take advice unless I research the reason behind it. I suggest you do the same.

    Bulking is.....well......... bulking. I try to keep it as lean as possible, but mixing macros is ok IMO if done in moderation. Just for bulking though

    yea i guess, not for me tho, this i guess is a person by person basis. if i did that id have love handles and a cottage cheese ass.

    I'm the same way. I can't mix macros and have to keep my bulks very very lean, or I get fat quick. Person to person basis applies to most though when it comes to dieting. I think angelo84 at 150lbs and under 8% bf can handle a little macro mixing. I envy him
