Questions about "How to Cut" Post by Rambo
Hey Guys, I read the post by Rambo about "how to cut" and I was hoping someone could help answer a few questions I,
1) With respect to homeostasis, how long would you stay on a supplement like Glurocell-R...or this diet in general?
2) What are some fruits which can be consumed in this sort of diet?
3) I found a product called Carb Gain which contains maltodextrin. The suggested use mentioned taking the product before, during, and after workouts. I usually drink an energy drink during my workouts, so if I followed the guideline of PWO nutrition, and followed theo 50/50 rule of dextrose/maltodextrin intake after my workout be sufficient?
4) As a good rule of thumb, should supplements like the protein shakes only be taken during workout days? Is glutamine the only supplement that should be taken daily?
Rambo, if you get to read this....you'll be happy to know, I'm no longer eating the sugar filled oatmeal, and am making the proper adjustments where I can!
