Interesting Questionb
Say that you eat clean for the whole day then around night you have a binge on ice cream, eggs with yoke, porkroll, and some of those gold fish. which add up to about 700-800 calories, now your body goes to store all that as fat..When you wake up the next morning maybe 6-8 hours later and do cardio on a empty stomach and burn a 1000 cals did you reverse the harm of eating that food or no. thanks fellas.
Speed.

I don't think your body works on a one-to-one ratio as that.

I 3rd that. All the cals you eat at night wouldn't be storeed as fat anyway. I wouldn't sugest this.

LOL Yeah I agree here. People fail on their diets/workout regimines because they say "oh well I can eat this meal full of complete ass because i will workout later and it'll all be even".

Bro my pics are posted go check on the 12 week transformation diet. I'm not saying its horrible that you did this i'm saying that the general thought of people who don't knwo what theyre talking about is just that they can eat what they want then workout and its all good again. Big deal - you had a splurge, just don't do it again

Bro I'm there with you...today, the day after I finally get my diet where it should be, I couldn't resist a delicious bowl of Mini-Spooners. I fell off the wagon, but it's not like this is an everyday thing. It'll happen!

im in the same boat as you bro.
had my first weeks weigh in for my cutting diet and was 4.6 lb under... decided to celebrate that and my birthday by drinking/eating a ton of unhealthy shit/lots of sugar. its incredible how addictive sugar is when you havnt had much for a few weeks. makes ur body feel like hell but u still crave it.
now its time to get back on track. i know how ya feel.... i wish i could just do 3000 calories of cardio and be even.

If you load up on shit before bed or in the middle of the night, you can bet most if not all will be stored as fat.
Doing cardio the next morning does not assure you that you reverse that damage, no, not at all. What's to say you don't cardio off glycogen and lean muscle instead of fat? There is no way to make SURE that the cardio cancels out the gorging of shit food in the middle of the night.
Nope.

what if you decide you need another meal and you eat salmon before bed is that so harsh, or should there really be a cut off time?

Hmm ...Yes I think you should have a cut off time .. you sure dont want to be staying up early morning snacking... sleep is crucial to muscle repair, so a schedule is important...
I am a firm believer in a set amount of calories and meals... So if I am bulking and my intake is around 4800 calories at any given point I would try and break that in 6 meals at 800 calories each or as close as I can... meal times would need to be stretched out enough for digestion so my meals would be like this...
730, 1000, 1230, 300, 7, 930 and that is if I train around 5 pm ... I have to schedule my diet around that if need be ... I really like training early morning cutting or bulking... because that just works better for me..
Keep up the great work Speed ... and good luck ...

Yes i agree, but does it not matter if you havnt cheated in say 30-40 days and then have a big cheat day, with all the crap food you could imagine going down the pipes ??? besides being majorly bloted and holding water like a pregnant woman what other side effects whould there be to the body no to mention a good shock for the system.

Having a cheat day is fine, yes, but shoveling in 1000's of calories late night and trying to nullify effects from that is another idea entirely.
