    eggsausted.... lol

im sure we all go through a stage where we cannot stomach certain foods, as we have been eating them, religiously, in dense amounts, pretty much every day. well, i went through this with tuna last summer, and unfortunately im now beginning to go through the same thing with eggs. il eat about 12 egg whites a day, and 3 yolks. i have scrambled eggs in the morning, and poached eggs right before bed. its getting to the stage now where when eating my scrambled eggs, im heaving all the way through lol. does anyone have any suggestions as to how i could cook my eggs to make things different?

there's a number of options you could do. you could just drink them (pasteurized). you could hard boil them... you don't HAVE to eat eggs. switching to another lean protein for awhile could get you back to liking them as well.

I hear you - I am going through the same thing...I am going to try to come up with a few recepies - pro/car & pro/fat - that will make them easier to eat and transport. Now that it is getting warm and my cooler bag only keeps ice frozen for a few hours , traveling with 8 hard boiled a day is getting smelly....

mix 6 egg whites, 1scoop whey, and thoroughly beat them with an electric mixer....place in pan and you have protein pancakes (kinda).

Eggs get hard to stomach after a while. But for a pro/carb meal, I suggest you try a protein flapjack. Kind of like a pancake but thinner.

    1/2 cup oats
    8 egg whites
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    a good bit of cinnamon

Mix in blender. Turn skillet on about medium heat then spray PAM on it. Cooks in a couple minutes. Then you can do SF syrup, SF jam, etc. I just put a packet of splenda on it and eat it with a diet coke.

This is my public service for the day. Enjoy.

There is the always obvious shake, but requires pasteurized egg whites. And when it costs $5 for a little carton and $4.39 for 5 dozen eggs at your local Wal-mart, I'm gonna take the cheaper route. Besides, those cartons don't make it two days with me.

im thinking this one through, my only drawback of doing this is the expense, as eggs are so cheap and easy lol. thanks for all the help guys, very much appreciated
