Has any1 read any studies or anything regarding the rates of digestion of a liquid fat (flax, pb) compared to a solid fat (red meat) for digestion rates?
I was reading on another forum about this debate, and there was a debate between the flax and pb not doing much for slowing down the digestion of the cottage cheese or whey that many combine these fat sources with pre-bed..and the other side of the debate was that the red meat before bed is much better in that it takes a long time to be digested due to the fat being solid at room temp. There was no studies provided however, so im wondering if any1 else has come across this before or wants to add to it
