Food choices look pretty good at first glance.

But without macros, it's hard to make a real accurate judgement cause I'm not sure exactly what the food amounts come out to... especially without daily macros, that is crucial.

If it were me I wouldn't drink so much milk, but many members swear by their milk.

I would also try to seperate the fats and carbs much more than you have them seperated, but only because on my last bulk I put on a lot of unwanted body fat.

All in all, you're on the right track, just be sure to post up those macros, you'll definately get a much better response.

The tubs of cottage cheese are 200g pots. I may lower the cottage cheese and go more with the tuna. As far as combining my fats, carbs and protein together slightly,i am a hard gainer so i will see how my body reacts to them first.Any other pointers, from the diet experts ? Thanks for the input guy's

You must have like 20,000 mgs of sodium with that approach.
