Eating sux Help!
I'm at a point right now for me to get any bigger I have to be able to eat more or else I'm done growing.Hell I'm only 220 off season and its hard enough to eat enough just to maintain that.I'm sure i can add a few more pounds by forcing it down but that sux.is there any good appetite stimulents out there or other ideas.Currently I'm 7 weeks out from a show so I have time to figure out what to do but i'd like to have a plan when the time comes

What did your diet look like when you were trying to get bigger? Did you have a planned out approach? One for days you train, one for days you don't? Often times people think they are eating enough when in reality they are coming up short. Keep a log, keep a journal, etc.

yeah I had a planned out approach just found it hard to eat all the food. I managed to do it however and I did gain about 6lbs of muscle from dec till begining of april. To me that was decent because it was all a lean gain, however to eat much more will be tough as i had to force most of the meals down as it was.I guess Im not asking if am i eating enough but how can I increase my appetite so I dont always feel like im force feeding myself.

Some say B12 works but I've never tried that myself.
Shit, I'm always down to eat, .

I am not saying to have a bunch more shakes, as whole foods are better for gains, but when you have your shakes, try adding more oats, or more olive oil, or more flax or peanut butter to them. THis will up the cals significantly and the above items I listed are easy to get down (especially oils). I have found that drinking cals is easier than eating them. THis way the cals are clean, and really the foods are still whole foods, jsut blended into liquid form
BTW< post your diet up like swole saide, I am interested to see it. I am sure it is pretty good considering past pics I have seen of you, but still curious....

off season its something like this 5am protein shake/made with milk bowl oatmeal 7:30am 1/2 lb ground turkey with hamburge helper 10:30am lean mass matrix shake by prolab(has 40p 40c 8f grams) 1:30pm 1/2lb chicken cup brown rice 4pm protein shake pwo carbo force 20g predigested protein 7:30pm varies ussually steak or chicken a carb vegies once in a while pizza or some other shit craving. my precontest diet is really simple and not vary typical you'd laugh but 7 weeks on it and im good to go.If you want to see that let me know.Sometimes I end up throwing half of the solid meals away from the above diet just cause I cant get it down. Also I run a bulldozer for a living and we dont have breaks or lunch so my meals have to be easy to pack and eat on the go.thanks for any help.
