I think I bought 12lbs of the wrong kind of rice
I went to costco the other day with my roomate. I went to get chicken and he got the rice. It looked like the right stuff. I usually get Uncle bens Par Boiled brown rice. This stuff was Enriched Parboiled Long Grain rice. Nutritional facts look about the same. Is it okay to eat or should I get more.

they both have a pretty low GI. eat your proteins first in your meal and it will slow down the digestion of the carbs. no worries at all.
is it just me, or did the title of this post make you laugh a bit? dunno, just the "oops, bought 12lbs of the wrong rice" made me laugh. maybe i need to get some sleep...
