    2 month Cut down Journal

    Alright guys, I'm starting my journal for my "fat loss for summer" diet.
    Stats:
    6'2"
    212lbs
    25%bf

    my diet is roughly 60/25/15 - pro/carb/fat
    and will be between 1800-2000 cal.s a day.

    I'll be doing cardio for 45 minutes at 65-70% MHR 5 days a week before breakfast.

    and I'll be lifting 4 times a week in the afternoon/evenings.

    My water intake is between 1.5-2 gal.s a day.

    I'll keep you guys all posted on the progress.

    Hey dude - post the diet so the bros here can optimize it for you. Will we be seeing pics? Good luck with this - if you woudl like to make it a challenege, i'm currently 8 weeks into my transformation but i'll go for another 2 months if you want to.

    We could do some kind of challenge if you'd want to, my goal over the 2 months is to drop 22lbs of bf, to put me down around 15%bf.

    Since I started this thread when it was day 3, this will be day 4.

    So far so good. Got back from the gym a little while ago, just finished with my PWO Shake and some brown rice. I'm feelin good a little tired but pretty good.

    Just wondering anyone else feel like there eating, just a sh1t load of food? lol, it's only 2000 cal.s but I feel like I'm always eating.

    Indeed.... wait till you start to bulk... 8 meals a day is FUN.

    Post up some pics... everybody loves them, but will be watching this thread nonetheless.

    Just stick to it and be consistent you will see results!

    Alright guys I haven't updated because I got sick, and didn't really follow for a few days. But I'm feeling better today, so back on with the program, just finished up with my breakfast a few minutes ago, and feelin pretty good.

    ok bro first of congradulations on starting a cutting diary

    i myself have also just started one and it really helps out knowing that you gota produce some results and maybe a photo every 1 or 2 weeks

    also dont be so hard on your self i mean we all know here in the diet section that at one point or another your gona take a fall but the important thing is to just (LEARN FROM IT) forget about it and just keep on going.

    Alright today was a pretty good day. I had a nice cardio session this morning. And just felt good all day. I'm even starting to get used to the whole eating so many times thing. I'm not really noticing the results in the mirror yet but I'm definatly starting to feel better.

    1 week complete

    just got back from the gym, feelin pretty good, I worked my arms and shoulders today. And besides the fact that I'm having some trouble typing right now it felt good.

    Well I'm now 1 week into my transformation:

    Start: 212lbs
    Now: 208lbs

    So I lost 4lbs this week even with not doing so well when I got sick, probably a good bit was water wieght but I'm still excited either way. If I can keep an average of 2lbs per week I'll hit my goals quickly.
