Spicy foods, hidden qualities?
I've heard that eating a lot of spicy foods (Red curry chicken e.g) can help your metabolism run faster, thus burning more cal's etc. This can't be true, can it?
I've also heard that spicy foods are helpful to your immune system..?
I guess it would be in the spice itself and not the food these myths would be pertaining to (curry, hot sauce, chili peppers).
