    Eight more weeks

    Thought i would pop in and say HI!

    I'm on track with my diet...from 161 to now...142. With eight more weeks to go; my trainer keeps increasing my stage weight. Apparently the muscle gain is significanlty more than anticipated. Last year was 98 lbs. This year its an approximation of 115 lbs.

    Anywho......my protein powder and cottage cheese was cut out last week. Right now I'm on a seven day stagger diet. Calories are high, med, low, high, med, low, low.
    Ranging from 1800 calories to just over 1000. This is too keep the metabolism guessing, and kick it back in. I don't start clen till saturday....and, I'm actually feeling good. I still have lots of energy...just, need that extra something to get the fat burn going again.

    Some girls have been getting a cheat day here and there...I haven't!!!!!! Kinda pissed about that, but I haven't for obvious reasons only known to my trainer.
    I miss Easter...I miss the chocolate, the family dinner...AAARRRGH!

    I've been eating calorie free chocolate and marshmallow dip to curb my cravings. It's been helping; though they don't taste exactly like the real thing.
    I've learned my lesson from last year...stay away from too many sugar free candies!!!! Ooooooh the tummy ache...not to mention the laxative effect!!!!!
    My b-day is coming up, and of course no cake again...kinda sad about that!

    So, the diet is still egg whites, eye of round, chicken and tuna. Carbs is oatmeal, and broccoli!!! Freebies are salad, cucumber, peppers, onions, celery...stuff like that. Been eating a big ass salad as a evening snack.

    I'll be starting another cycle of win and anavar in the middle of may till my show.


    I guess I'm kinda ranting in a way. My moods have been quite good this year. Just the past week...I'll have crying bouts; why am I doing this????
    But, I keep focused about my goal...and go about packing my meals for the next day, do my 90 minutes of cardio in the a.m.....than off to work, to only go back to the gym to get in my weights....and do it all over again.

    Sleep, eat, train, work....seems like thats all I'm doing nowadays. I've gone out dancing a couple of times...only to get annoyed at ignorant people who ask dumb ass questions.

    Okey...I think I'm done.....
