    Calories and Macros of 6-8oz. steak??

    I bought these sirloin steaks from Dominicks but have no idea what the calories are or the macros. Somebody help

    Alrite, so this is all dependent on the actual cut.

    Bottom or Top Sirloin? Roasted or Grilled/Broiled?

    Here is some general nutritional info on top sirloin:

    Serving size: 3 oz. cooked
    Calories = 166
    Protein = 26g
    Carbs = 0g
    Total Fat = 6g (Sat 2g, Mono 3g, Poly 0.24g)

    It was top sirloin and I eat about 7oz. worth. Which isn't shit!
    I normally eat with a salad no dressing. How'd you find that info? Is there a sight that shows foods macro's, calories??
