hi,

i am kinda new to this and i wanted to know what kind of diet sould i take to lose as much as i can from my body fat?
my height is 1.84-1.87Meters, my bodyweight is about 84-85Kg .
now i know i have alot of bodyfat i just cant help it to keep a diet.
i saw some examples of diets but i couldnt understand some stuff that was written there like outmeal and so on..
so anyone can help me with my diet to build a diet for me and give fair examples of food like:

meal 1 eat 1.... 2.... 3...
meal 2 1....2....3...
