    Lactose Intolerance

So lets say that Im lactose intolerant and I can handle 1 glass of milk (13 g of lactoce) and lets say that im cutting.
Could I Drink like 6 glasses (at 1 sitting) and get all thouse 50 g of protein with just 13 g of carbs (at the price of all the simptoms like diarrea and bloatness)?
Would that work as a cutting strategy?
I dont really know so thats why Im asking
plz take it easy on me.

Well you do make a decent point. Since lactose intolerent people do not have the enzymes to process the sugar, they might not absorb all of it. However Lactose is made up of Glucose and Galactose, so you'd still be consuming some glucose. I'm not sure what the % is but it's an interesting question for sure. I'm going to look into it.

    Are you just curious theoretically?

Or are you really considering doing it and feeling bloated with diarhea? Seems like a lousy feeling just for protein available from SO many other sources.

The carbs from milk are just fine when cutting as you stated they are the GI is lower than most complex carbs.
