question about bulking sticky
The bulking sticky suggests 420 protein / 250 carb / 85 fat on a workout day, with carbs only being ingested for breakfast and PWO and PPWO. What should you do on non-workout days? Should you have 3 complex carb meals, or just one and turn the rest into pro/fat? Thanks.

You need to stick close to the same macros to repair/grow on your off days. Just drop PWO.
