fibre rich diet
Anyway i was wondering if someone could give me exmaples of high fibre food.
I would like as mcuh to chose from as possible.

some wheat bread
sweet potato
red potato
whole wheat pasta
rice
MY PERSONAL FAVORITE: Metamucil (off brand sugar free)

baby spinach.. love it.
why not take a fiber supplement if your that hard up for more fiber?

Sugar free fiber choice chewable tabs are great...as well as Fiber One Cereal.

Did they forget to mention chocolate!!!
Damn..It's really weird because to look at me you would think i am very healthy, but my diet sucks.. and if i was on survivor.. i would be the first one off because i would be dead for lack of body fat. i need to figure out how to incorporate this into my life
Wholemeal, granary and softgrain varieties of bread
Jacket potatoes, new potatoes in their skins and baked potato skins
Wholegrain breakfast cereals, eg. Weetabix, branflakes, unsweetened muesli, Shreddies and porridge oats
Wholemeal pasta and brown rice
Beans, lentils and peas
Fresh and dried fruits – particularly if the skins are eaten
Vegetables – particularly if the skins are eaten
Nuts and seeds
Wholemeal flour
