    what fills you up while cutting?

    i find myslef always hungry. even if i just ate, i am still hungry. what is a low cal meal that fills you up? i don't know if there's any but if you know please share it with me.

    are you talking satieity or simply filling the stomach?

    satiety usually met by higher fat intake, filling the stomach? water dense, calorie sparse foods such as jello or jelly as its called in the uk and veg

    i always use fats and tons of water. If i am having a shake as a "meal" i have some almonds with it or 4 fish oil caps and it usually makes me feel pretty full.

    things that are slow digesting are a good idea, as they will sit in your stomach longer and keep your appetite from coming back so fast. some slow digesting proteins are casein, found in milk and cottage cheese. not sure what other things digest that slow, but i add in a lot of skim milk when i cut up and it keeps my appetite down significantly.

    my stomach growls and stuff all the time i have a HUGE appetite. i would like go insane and look for something to eat because i guess i like the feeling of being full.
