oats in your pwo shake?
I never tried this, I usually eat them seperatly..I'm guessing you blend it all up first? I can't imagine drinking oats that haven't been through a blender

How do you get the oats to be suspended in the shake? I have to slam the shake imidietly otherwise the oats just sinks to the bottom.

use two cups. mix your whey and water in one and then pour some into another cup. add your oats to the first cup and let them sog in. then shake it, and slam it. if there is any acess (which there undoubedtly will be) use the drink you poured into the other cup, pour it in spin it and drink it. works for me

You can put them right in the shaker without cookiong or blending. You just have to shake them up before every gulp. Not bad at all.

Dextrose I'd mix w/whey.
Oats I'd cook.
Eating soggy ass raw oatmeal in a shake is not something I'd personally do, but to each his own.
Ughhh..

I cook my oats, then add the whey once it's cool. Best way to do it IMO, also tastes really good.
