    Help, I'm trying figure out my diet plan

    Hi everyone, please let me know if I'm doing this right? I’m 6’1 330lbs, I don’t know my BF, but I’m sure it’s pretty high.

    My diet plan will go as follow, 50-30-20 FOR CUTTING.

    I found this formula on the web:
    For weight loss:
    Your body weight X 10 to 12 = The range of your daily caloric intake
    For maintaining:
    Your body weight X 13 to 15 = The range of your daily caloric intake
    For bulking up:
    Your body weight X 16 to 18 = The range of your daily caloric intake

    So for weight loss, my body weight of 330 X 11 = 3630 to start my total calories.
    After breaking down my Pro, Carbs, and Fat, this is what I come with.

    Pro 1815 cal -> 454g divided by 6meals = 75
    Carb 1089 cal -> 272g divided by 6meals = 45
    Fat 726 cal -> 182g divided by 6meals = 30

    I will be placing my macros accordingly once I figure out my daily caloric maintenance.

    Thanks!

    First off bud, your math is wrong on the fat intake. There are 9 calories per gram of fat, making 80g fat = 726kcal. Also, remember to not mix macros, so you don't have carbs and fats in the same meal.

    I'm afraid to give you anymore advice as I'm assuming your bf is well over 35%, and I always base my diets off of LBM, not total body weight. I'm sure someone else here can provide more help.

    Congratulations on making the life change.
    Goodluck
