    My diet (pics in other section)

    hey! my pics are in the other section and i look crap and fat!
    6 foot 1.5
    210lbs over 15% bodyfat probally!
    18 years old
    I want size so i can cut into something good! strength dosent matter! but i dont wanna get much fatter! (im fat enough)
    here is it roughly!

    Non Workout days!
    7:30 8-10 weetabix, Protein shake (100-125carb, 40prot)
    10:30 2xwholemeal sandwiches cottage cheese (84carb, 30prot)
    13:00 130 gram oatmeal, 5 whole eggs (100carb, 40 prot, 25fat?)
    15:45 or 16:45 (depending on day) 2xtuna sandwiches whole wheat bread (84carb, 35prot)
    18:00 Lean Beef Stew and Veggies and Potatoes (or something similar) (50carb, 30protein, 10fat)
    20:00 Tin of tuna (35prot)
    22:00 Powdered milk and peanut butter or tin of salmon(40prot, Not sure how much sugar is in it, 10fat)

    Also fruit throughout the day!


    On workout days i change my 10:30 meal for a 50/100 whey/dex shake and try and fit the rest in withinn less time! I dont cheat much but when i do its a pizza normally!


    That comes to (3000 cals probs more like 3400)(250 protein(probally more, only counting from meats/eggs/shakes, not bread etc, 418 carbs, 35fat (probally more)

    I know i need more fat! any advice on here!

    Couple questions... how long have you been following this diet?
    How consistant are you with it?
    Be honest.

    I'd up the protein in each meal a bit and possibly drop the carbs to split the difference.. Try replacing carbs with foods such as Yams, Potatoes, Brown rice etc... Also you need more unsat fats in the diet.. such as, flax oil, natural peanut butter, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, etc...
    I'd shoot for around 300grams protein, 350carbs, 50g fat.

    Follwing this diet for around 3 months id say!
    I dont follow it to a T, but my daily values and number of meals are very very close to that stated, for example one day i mite eat more eggs and less fish!
    Why do i need to replace the carbs/ any perticular reason?

    I can buy flax powder! i did have flax oil but i never knew how much to have or anything! (how many grams of flax would you sugerst a day!?) Also arent nuts very expensive? any other cheaper alternatives cod liver oil??

    Take measurements every month or so to check your progress and adjust diet accordingly.. 3months isn't a long time at all.. You're still Very new to this and need to go with trial and error a bit to see what works + doesn't.

    Not enough food. You want to grow dont you? Read the stickies up top this forum to get some background info down. I like to go to extremes while bulking..so I wont really give my opinion besides increasing protein and bringin the carbs down a bit. Oh and have mayo with that tuna.
