Question When to eat pro/carb while cutting on non-training days???

    I am cutting.

On training days I have been centering my pro/carb meals around training: pre-training, PWO, and PPWO.

However, non-training days I'm not exactly sure when to eat my pro/carb meals. I was thinking in the morning, but then should it be alternating pro/carb to pro/fat until I meet my carb macros for the day?

Also do you keep your macros the same training and non-training (just lowering calories) or do you have less carbs on non-training days (and in effect lowering calories)?

Figured you bros would have some experience. Appreciate the advice.

On non training days, I will typically place all of my pro/carb meals in the morning. No real reason, other than it helps with energy throughout the day and I like to have carbs for breakfast. I keep carbs the same except dropping the PWO, essentially lowering cals. I don't believe you should drop cals or carbs too much on 'off' days, as you need to repair muscles and have energy for your next day of training.

i eat my carbs mostly in the morning even on training days. i try to workout as early as possible so i don't take in carbs at night. works great for me. also on non training days, just try taking your carbs on your first 1-3 meals.

DAY / Type of Training / MACROs

SUN / Morning cardio / CHO Load
Mon / WT Train / CHO Load
Tue / WT Train / No cho for pwo and ppwo
Wen / OFF / no cho for last two meals
    Thu / Morning cardio
Wt train even./ No cho for pwo ppwo
Fri / off / CHO load
Sat / Wt train / No cho pwo ppwo

This is the best practice IMO. As soon as you wake get some insulin going, and start the healing process.

Carbs are def a good idea on non training days as that is when it is a good idea to have steady insulin levels to help with muscle repair.
