OK so monday i will begin cutting diet.

Ive surfed this forum for the last 4 months so i think my diet will be in check with proper macros and what not however one thing im a bit confused about how many calories to take in to achieve my goal.

Ok so im 6 foot 216 lbs 36" waist 38" round belly button i would guess im somewhere round 15% body fat.

I would like to do a 6 week cut and reach 200-205 at the end.

Of course preserving the lean body mass is very important to me so i dont want to eat to little ... anyway if someone might point me in the right direction so i can figure out the correct caloric intake to best obtain my goal thanks guys.
